Aus dem Projektalltag kennen wir Lessons Learned, aus Scrum kennen wir Retrospektiven. In den einen Projekten findet Lessons Learned erst am Ende statt, in anderen regelmäßig während des Projekts, in Scrum-Projekten gibt es nach jedem Sprint eine Retrospektive.
Wir können beide Methoden in Teams des Projekts verwenden, projektübergreifend aber auch zum Austausch mit Schnittstellen außerrhalb des Projekts.
